Sashimi with Norwegian Salmon

A serve of norwegian sashimi, on a plate made of literally fish

Sashimi can be served as a starter, main course or as a part of a sushi menu.
Experience this recipe, where soy sauce, lemon, and coriander bestow upon salmon a touch worthy of Valhalla itself.

Ingredients (4 serves)

Steps

  1. Cut a regular piece of the salmon fillet and cut into 3 mm thin slices. Diagonally cut the fillet, always against the marbling in the fish.
  2. Thinly slice the red radish and cut the white radish into thin strips.
  3. Mix the salmon roe with wasabi.
  4. Juice the lime and mix with soy sauce.

Tip: Serve the sashimi with radish, salmon roe, sesame seeds and coriander on top, and drizzle the soy sauce around.
